About Precious Gems & Metals

I've been active in my community serving as a city councilman, a member of the Rotary Club and as a Deacon at my church. I founded Precious Gems & Metals in 1979, serving customers in the United States for over 40 years.

For the past two decades, he's been immersed in the trade. It was Stan's knack for bringing home rare coins and one-of-a-kind treasures that first sparked Brandon's lifelong passion. Brandon lives in Asheville, NC with his family and works throughout the southern U.S. for Precious Gems & Metals events. In his down time, he enjoys writing and rebuilding arcade machines.

Her lifelong exposure to the industry sparked a deep passion that continued alongside her career as a teacher. Now based in Mooresville, NC, Virginia brings with her a background in early childhood education, having spent over a decade plus teaching kindergarten. Throughout her teaching career, she remained actively involved in the family business, and she now devotes herself full-time to working with customers in coins and jewelry.

He has traveled nationwide sourcing gold, silver, antique watches, rings, and unique pieces. Married to a jewelry designer, JT has a sharp eye for unusual finds. He's also a licensed real estate agent in California (DRE 02252163) and is always happy to share his expertise in both fields.

Since joining PGM over six years ago, Makayla has developed a broad understanding of the business, with a particular focus on diamonds and fine jewelry. A San Diego native, Makayla enjoys exploring new restaurants and staying active in her free time. She also has a well-known sweet tooth and never passes up a great dessert.

His interest bloomed into all types of precious metals, jewelry, rarities and coins. Sean joined the PGM team in 2008. A year later he accepted the position as National Sales Manager. When not working, Sean enjoys his family, chasing the grandchildren and collecting/restoring vintage motorcycles.

Growing up surrounded by history, Jason developed an eye for rarity and detail. He's a professional in the precious metals industry where he specializes in precious metals and rare coins. His dedication is reflected in his memberships with the American Numismatic Association (ANA) and the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). Jason loves spending time with his wife and daughter and is passionate about gardening.

He's always been interested in antiques and has a broad knowledge base of the vintage collectibles market with expertise in pocket watches and timepieces. Dave lives in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. You can find him at Precious Gems & Metals events throughout much of the eastern part of the U.S. In his free time Dave enjoys classic cars, especially vintage European marques.

After decades of working as an engineer in the Automotive and Aerospace industries, he has continued the joy of finding and buying silver and gold coins and helping customers sell their collections. In his free time, Greg enjoys off road biking, running, restoring cars and continuing his education in the field of coins and precious metals.

After years of being a CPA, Jackie has come full circle, returning to her interests of jewelry, gems, and precious metals. She thrives on connecting with clients and building relationships that will last for a lifetime. When not at work, Jackie enjoys family time, working out, gardening and volunteering at church.
